Shadow Owl's Strategy

Shadow Owl is looking to add to our Intermountain West multifamily, condominium, commercial, and single family residence property portfolio.  We are in the process of acquiring class B or C real estate, and are especially interested in properties that are underutilized and/or have value-add opportunities.  Shadow Owl specializes in renovations and additions, and properties in their last 3-7 years of useable life excite us.
